The Art in dining. The dining in Art.

Thank you Richard Demato and his creative team at RJD GALLERY!

For sharing our combined passions for dining and beautiful art. Here at the Bridgehampton Inn Restaurant, you’ll find a passion for delicious food and Kyle’s exclusive beverages, plus an environment that is warm and cozy. And we also love art!

Over the last months, we’ve showcased five framed prints by Andrea Kowch and each invites guests to enjoy a fuller dining experience.

RJD GALLERY shared this beautiful story below on the Bridgehampton Inn dining and art experience. And you can click around to find more info on the paintings!

Sybille van Kempen, owner of the Bridgehampton Inn and Restaurant, combines delicious food and exceptional art in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Fetch, by Andrea Kowch is featured behind her.

The act and the art of dining is only as good as the environment in which it is presented. Whether we are entertaining at home, eating out, or gathering around a campfire, sharing a meal is greatly enhanced by the surrounding space. We checked in with restaurateur extraordinaire, Sybille van Kempen of the Bridgehampton Inn and Restaurant to see how she incorporates art and cuisine.

A framed print of Nocturne, by Andrea Kowch, complements the warmth of the restaurant's dining room.

A beautiful space, paired with extraordinary art, makes for a memorable experience. “I believe immersion in dining and in art are quality of life choices to embrace and share" says van Kempen. The restaurant showcases five framed prints by Andrea Kowch and each invites guests to enjoy a fuller dining experience. The artworks spark conversation, even among the youngest guests, who are captivated by them and often create their own narratives adding another layer to shared plates and shared experiences.

Andrea Kowch's In the Distance is a favorite of both guests and restaurant staff.

Art is here to remind us to live fully, to dream, to soar and to savor the small moments in everyday life. Express yourself with art, even in your dining space, and add a new dimension to your life.
